Wonderful

Hotel is very well situated, with Jamsil interchange, Olympic park and Lotte world in close proximity. Many restaurants in the area around the hotel as well.

Overall, it's a good choice. I think I will consider this hotel next time I come.

The service was very good and the hotel staff were very polite. There is a food street near the hotel with a lot of food.

The only drawback is that there was a building under construction next to the hotel during my stay, which made it a bit noisy.

The best hotel if you're watching a concert at Olympic Park

LOCATION. It is perfect for people watching concerts at KSPO Dome or the Handball Gymnasium or anything at the Olympic park. It is 7 mins by taxi, 15 mins by bus and the hotel has bicycles for rent if you want to cycle to the Olympic park. It is also walking distance from Lotte World and the Bangi Food alley is 1 min walk. There's a subway closeby with an elevator as well. The towels were changed and the bathroom amenities as well as the water were rwplenished everyday. Ther welcome drink also when you check in is a nice touch. By the way this is my 2nd time staying here because it is really convenient.

Good money value

The location was good, just 7-9 walking distance from Lotte world. 1-2 min walk from food area. 1 min from local grocery store. 2 min walk from main road and public transport. Staff a helpful and friendly and above them all was the hotel’s treasure, Muna at the reception. Not only a lovely person in person, she speaks perfect English and was beyond helpful taking care of my personal transportation and did it always with a smile. I honestly don’t know what I would have done without her.

Breakfast, just wish there were more veggies options.

Superb

Location is excellent if you're planning on visiting Lotte World and nearby destinations. The staff was super nice and helpful, and particularly patient with our very grumpy 3 yo son. We stayed in a dupkex room, which was super nice and spacious, it was really nice to have the extra room, considering we were travelling with a young child. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, although not a buffet. Overall a very nice hotel experience.

There wasn't a place or device to hang towels in the bathroom. The floor heating was set and it was not possible to adjust it without calling for help. Same with the air conditioner, it was set to remain off all the time. I guess it was set like this because of the recent descent in temperature, however it was still warm enough indoors as for the floor hearing to be uncomfortable. The room didn't have much of a view.

No complaints! I would stay there again.

Bed was very comfortable. Room was small but very typical of South Korea. It fit our needs just fine so no issue. The staff was very nice. Breakfast was included and was very good. a little repetitive. I don’t want to see a sausage again anytime soon, but everything else was very good. The staff spoke English well or at least enough for us to communicate our needs without issue.

Area is a little noisy due to the surrounding hotels and just the amount cars that are everywhere due to the parking situation. Plus there is a body shop near that caused a lot of noise, but no actual issues with the hotel itself or that would stop me from staying there again.

The staff is very helpful! We asked for an upgrade and the flooring has a heating system which we felt very comfortable during the cold weather. In general, the room is clean and was constantly cleaned everyday.

Overall nice hotel. My room was clean I had no problems with it. Easy check in. Staff was very nice and professional. Hotel is not a far walk from Lotte Tower. Nearby Access to buses and train stations. Many restaurants and little shops near by is convenient.

I thought my breakfast was included with how much I paid but was never able to get breakfast. You need to make reservations and it was still a fee. There is no big parking lot but they have a garage elevator thing some people may not like. You can hear city noise sometimes but it never bothered me.
